RATES INCLUDE:ASSISTED DAILY LIVING SERVICES PROVIDED:
- Furnished room (residents are encouraged to include personal furnishings, with approval of Home Administrator).
- Three meals per day served in a family-style setting, followed by an evening snack.
- Laundry Services - personal and bed linens.
- Bed linens and towels are provided (residents can bring their own if they want to).
- Assistance with medications by trained staff.
- Licensed Nurse is part of the Home's staff.
- Trained nurses aide available 24 hours per day to assist with daily living tasks.
- Residents' rooms cleaned by Housekeeping staff.
- Assistance with medications.
- Assist with bathing.
- Change bed linens -- Residents are encouraged to make their bed daily and keep their room neat.
- Assist with meals when necessary.
- Wash and set hair on residents bath day.
- Assist with shopping, including transportation, on scheduled dates.
- Assist family/designated person with scheduling of medical appointments, Transportation is the responsibility of the family/designated person. If transportation is provided by Paradise Manor in a non emergency setting, we request a donation be, made to the Manor.
- Residents are always encouraged to do as much as possible for themselves to maintain their dignity, self respect, physical, mental and emotional well-being.
