Residents must be ambulatory or require minimal assistance when walking.

They may use a cane or walker or a wheelchair if they can move it independently.

The entrance fee along with the first month's rent is due at the time of admission.

Monthly rent is due on the anniversary date of admission, in advance for that coming month.

All clothing is to be marked with the resident's name.

All mail will be given to the resident unless arrangements are made for financial/medical mail to be forwarded to the designated party.

Each room is provided with an intercom system connected directly to the nurse's station.

Air-conditioning is provided in all areas of the Manor.

Fire drill is conducted once a month.

Visiting hours are from 9:30 AM to 9:00 PM everyday.

A phone is available for residents' use in the dining areas and nurses station. Assistance is available if needed.
